Andrew Lowery is the founder and owner of Lowery Custom Construction. He got his start in construction early by emulating his grandfather, who was also a contractor. Throughout high school and college at NC State, Andrew always had construction projects on the go. When he started his construction career, he was working on his own with only one or two helpers, but he always worked six days a week, from first light until dark. Andrew’s work ethic coupled with the high quality of his work led to word-of-mouth recommendations and connections.
Andrew has always enjoyed creating something great from something minimal. His core values are honesty, quality, and a constant desire to learn and improve. Andrew holds an Unlimited Building license in North Carolina and Virginia and is a certified lead renovator. He is a member of the ICPI, the Greensboro Builders’ Association, and the Better Business Bureau.
Andrew works with and hires only people who share his values and care as much as he does about the quality of work. Lowery Custom Construction’s core team members have an average of 20 years in the construction field.

Our project was relatively complex as it involved steep slopes and challenging grades.
